A brand new remake has been announced Person 3 at E3 2023. Entitled Persona 3 Reload, the upcoming title looks like a complete remake of the original cult classic. According to a great new trailer, the game will be available “early 2024”, including satisfying turn-based combat and RPG elements updated for the modern audience.
Person 3 is one of the best RPGs ever made. Though Person 5 catapulted the series to new heights of notoriety, it was z Person 3 with a wide range of beloved mechanics Person 5 they had their beginning.
Person 3 follows a group of high school students as they do their best to deal with death and emotional trauma. They form a special group to investigate a mysterious supernatural phenomenon called the Dark Hour. During The Dark Hour, you’ll travel to the eerie tower of Tartarus and battle the sinister Shadows to get to the bottom of the occult mysteries at the heart of the story.
Looks like it’s early days Persona 3 Reload likely to be a faithful recreation of the original, rather than a departure from the market Final Fantasy 7 Remake. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be more content in the final version. We can also see additional voiced dialogues, as well as new music tracks and opponents. While we don’t know exactly what changes to expect, it seems likely that ATLUS will introduce at least one or two goodies to keep veterans of the series happy.
Persona 3 Reload will likely also include the option to play as a heroine as introduced in Portable Persona 3which was released for the PlayStation Portable in 2009. For those who want to give Portable right away, the remaster is available on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
Persona 3 Reload will be available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers at launch.
